Operating Principle
1. When the water container is under no pressure: the float descends due to its own weight, closing the valve's passage; the piston is pressed downward by the spring, allowing condensate to drain through the drain port.
2. When pressure is present in the water cup: when the pressure exceeds 1 kgf/cm², the piston overcomes the spring force and pushes upward, thereby closing the drain passage and isolating the interior of the water cup from the external environment.
3. When condensate accumulates in the water bottle: when the amount of condensate reaches a certain level, the float rises due to buoyancy, opening the pressure inlet in the inner cavity; the piston is then pressed downward by both the pressure and the spring, allowing the condensate to drain through the drainage pipe.


HAD Operating Principle
The drain valve is equipped with a float-based drainage system. When the drainage buoyancy—comprising the weight of the float and the pressure exerted by compressed air—is insufficient, the drain outlet will remain closed, preventing any drainage process; however, when the buoyancy and pressure reach a balanced state, the drain valve begins operating in a dripping mode. When the buoyancy exceeds both the weight of the float and the resulting pressure, the drain outlet opens to initiate the drainage process, with the valve cycling its operation based on the magnitude of the buoyancy.
